Iraqi Al-Amal Association invites qualified and legally registered construction companies to express their interest in rehabilitating 18 public facilities across Baghdad, Basra, and Najaf, including schools, health centres, and green spaces. This Project aims to improve access to essential public services, create safer and cleaner community spaces, and strengthen social cohesion in targeted communities.

This EOI is part of a two-stage procurement process. The first stage aims to pre-qualify eligible and capable bidders, while the second stage involves the tendering process, where shortlisted companies will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals.

No margin of preference is applied; the Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.

This EOI is a Single Envelope EOI process.

IAA will follow the one-envelope process for this procurement. Therefore, please submit your Bid/EOI following the requirements detailed in the EOI.

Remark

1-     EOI must be submitted through the eProcure system, and before the deadline expires. It will not be possible to submit your bid/EOI after the deadline or outside the eProcure system

2-     International Companies are eligible to apply but shall adhere to the Iraqi law for registration & taxation purposes.
