Content Kurdistan Organization for Human Rights Watch (KOHRW) is seeking reputable, licensed national and international companies for prequalification to deliver construction and rehabilitation works for eight public facilities in Kirkuk and Ninewa, comprising:
  • Five (5) Schools
  • Two (2) Primary Health Centers
  • One (1) Water Facility
All works shall be carried out in accordance with the scope outlined in the Expression of Interest (EOI) document. No margin of preference applies, and the EOI is open to all eligible bidders.

Submission Details Procurement Method: One-Envelope Process
  • The bid and all related correspondence/documents must be prepared in English.
  • Offers must be submitted exclusively through the eProc Portal before the submission deadline.
  • Late submissions or submissions outside the eProc Portal will not be accepted.
  • International companies are eligible to participate but must comply with Iraqi registration and taxation laws.

Remarks KOHRW will conduct this procurement using a One-Envelope process. Bidders are required to follow all instructions and submission requirements detailed in the EOI documentation.
